I am Frédéric GASTALDI, the founder and manager of SASU FRED MANAGEMENT ST BARTH and a player in the luxury property sector, in which I have been involved since I arrived on Saint-Barth in 2003.
Drawing on my knowledge of property on the island and driven by my desire to share the benefits of my experience in the luxury hotel and dining sector acquired over more than 20 years at major establishments around the world, I established FRED MANAGEMENT in 2010 to offer owners and new owners of villas on the island a customised service.
