RENOVATIONS & FOLLOW-UP ON WORKS
Does your property require renovations or improvements before each tourism season?
At FRED MANAGEMENT, I am responsible for basic renovations and maintenance and follow up on larger works entrusted to professionals.
Requests for and analyses of quotations, job reports, photographs of progress, compliance with schedules, etc.

EQUIPMENT & FURNISHINGS
In partnership with a major decoration retailer in the Caribbean, will assist you in your choice of decoration, furniture and equipment for your villa.
Once you have made your choice I will handle your orders, monitoring them from the time of receipt to installation and commissioning at your villa.
PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHY & MINI SITE
In partnership with a picture marketing agency on Saint-Barth, FRED MANAGEMENT allows you to prepare photographic reports of, and offer superb visual visits (mini site visits) to, your villa, improving your online promotion and marketing through real estate agencies and directly on your own website.
TRAVEL & EVENT PLANNER
Our exclusive partner provides the benefit of their know-how, their knowledge of the island of Saint-Barthélemy, tourism and of the luxury sector to advise you and help you bring all of your projects on the island to fruition: they plan and organise your visits, excursions and transfers, as well as your private and professional events for you or your preferredclients.
